Experience a miniature history of stop motion animation in this shorts program. Though stop motion animation could be created to depict just about anything, filmmakers often revisit similar subjects. In these shorts which range from the 1920s to the 1980s, we see how stop motion caters to imaginative scenarios, such as fairy tales and fantasy, as well as its potential usage for experimental film.
